Margaret Kral, after 28 years in community banking and commercial lending, became a serial entrepreneur with a passion, focus and expertise in the design, development and execution of strategic and business planning initiatives from both a systems and a human perspective.
Skilled at identifying, developing and managing strategic alliances and key partnerships she started several companies focused on environment and health, consulting and systems thinking. Currently, Margaret is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of systemCHANGR, a community think tank that is connecting, catalyzing, and amplifying transformative solutions to ethical systems change.
